I thought I'd start out by doing something I didn't do in part one which I should have.

I'll just read a little bit from Israel Shahach's Wikipedia.

Says Israel Shahat is, he was born Israel Himmelstab, April 19, He was an Israeli professor of organic chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,

a holocaust survivor, an intellectual of liberal political

mints, and a civil rights advocate and activists on behalf of both Jews and

Gentiles. For 20 years he headed the Israel League for Human and Civil Rights 1970 and was a public

critic of the policies of the government, governments of Israel.

As a public intellectual, Shahawk's works about Judaism proved controversial, especially the book that we're reading now.

He was born in Warsaw, part of the ghettohettos, Ashley Malmese Jews, Nazi occupation of Poland,

they interned his family in the Warsaw ghetto. His brother escaped from Poland to the UK, joined their R.A.F, the Royal Air Force.

Shahawk's mother paid a Roman Catholic family to hide Israel, whom they returned when they

couldn't keep them safe anymore. 43 they sent
