Happens in the law all the time, and it's so frustrating because you know the guy is guilty. You know he did it.

And this is one case in Florida where he admitted doing it.

And this is a guy by then Brandon Lee Gary who goes to a grocery store and then upskirts a video.

Upskirting is videoing a woman under her skirt with a camera basically doing the upshot as she's walking around or standing there and not noticing what's happening.

And as you would guess, it's against the law.

I mean, you can't do that.

It's a violation of privacy.

Maybe.

Well, a little problem in Georgia.

We have a technicality going on right here.

So Brandon Lee Gary was charged and convicted of the violation of the state's invasion of privacy law.
