So I want you as you're listening or watching right now to imagine that person in your life. Now maybe they're not intimate

with you close to you but they're in your life and they're such a challenging

person I want you to imagine this, you could almost, if you were this type of person, apply the

label of, oh, I really hate how this person makes me feel.

The word hate would come up.

Maybe you don't hate them as a person, but you certainly hate your

interactions with them and you hate the experience of being around them and you hate having

to deal with them. Maybe hates the strongest word I could probably use.

Well, you already said it in a nice way.

I hate how they make me feel is like a nice way of saying it.

Most people, actually most people just go ahead and take the leap and go,

I hate that person.

Yeah.

Well, but I do want to give accommodation because like I'm thinking like who do I hate? I don't think I hate anybody, but I certainly hate being around certain people, right? I hate the way they make me feel or the way they make the interactions.

It's not fun to be around them.

So I wouldn't say I hate that person, but I certainly hate engaging with them.

So let's start with that.

Let's talk about you as you're listening or watching. there's people in your life and there's

probably multiple people, it's just such a lift, it's such an annoyance, it's so
