Yeah, I love it. So today we're going to talk about a very, very important topic,

perfectionism. And what I have seen over my career and also experienced personally,

we'll dig into that too, is this idea of if I'm perfect then, right? Like if I'm perfect,

then people notice me. Like teachers say, good job on grades, or

maybe other students notice. If I'm perfect, then I'm not bad. If I'm perfect, then, maybe I'll be

loved and accepted. There is so much that goes underneath perfection. And I feel like it's almost encouraged.

Yeah. I mean, we, so this, let's dive right in with the idea of if I'm perfect, I will be loved.
