The Masters is upon us.

Ty, Ole Miss Grad, been my friend for a long time now,

as we're all getting a little older and getting close to old.

He is one of the hosts of Playing the Tips,

a podcast on golf gambling, fantasy picks,

so many things with that genre that's picked up, that's become a huge deal.

I'm going to hear him some more on the network as the weeks and months go on.

But Masters preview, I want to get to you guys as the one golf tournament a year that everybody watches,

even if you're not necessarily into golf, you're the casual sports fan.

It's a bit of a right of passage.

It's where the seasons change and the azaleas and the fake birds and the whole deal. So, Todd, glad to spend some time with you. We're taping this on Tuesday night. So in case somebody breaks a hand or something on Wednesday morning, we did not know that at the time of recording. And I'm going to get you to go through some different stuff. But I'm just kind of curious, what's your history with the Masters?

I mean, what's it sort of mean to you?

What's kind of your earliest memories of this tournament? Yeah, sure. Well, first of all, thanks for having me, Chase. Always great to be on the show. Great to be chatting with you. as you mentioned, we've known each other for a long time going back to our Oxford and Old Miss day.

So always fun to get on and chat a little bit with you, particularly this week for the Masters. I loved golf for a long time. I was raised in a family of a bunch of golfers, my

grandparents, all my uncles played. My dad played very poorly for a very short period of time,

Warwick Hills in Grand Blank, Michigan, where they hosted the Buick Open for many years.

So that's really kind of where the fire started burning inside me, going up there every year
