Penn State is a favorite, a double-digit favorite.

They are favored by 11.

This is the first ever matchup between the

Nittany Lions and the Broncos of Boise State. So, Brian, I'm going to let you kick this one off.

I have not been a believer in this Penn State team all year.

And with one exception,

they have done what they needed to do to get here.

And you've got to give them a lot of credit.
