Welcome back to the Lions 24-7 podcast episode two this week. I am Tyler Donahue and here in Happy Valley, you can feel it in the air.

Quite literally, it is football weather outside right now. We're lingering in the 60s on a Thursday morning.

The students are swarming back to campus over the course of this week and

through the weekend. And the energy is certainly intensifying here in State College. Just nine

days out of 2025 season kickoff between the Nintney Lions and Nevada and Beaver Stadium a couple

Saturdays away. We will be in the press box, our new press box in Beaver Stadium that afternoon to bring

you all the latest coverage. We were back on the practice field this week for our final

peak at Penn State's preseason camp, which wraps up, now shifting focus toward game preparation

and the season that awaits. We're going to bring on board Daniel Gallo now, who was on that

field with me, along with Mark and Grace Brendan, a bunch of content over at Lines247.com since we were on the field on Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening, full press conference with James Franklin, full photo gallery, complete practice notebooks on offense and defense and a lot more. We're going to get into a lot of those notes and

nuggets over the course of this podcast. And just to make people aware, we are shifting into

in-season mode here on our podcast schedule next week. We're going to have a weekly Monday

press conference with James Franklin that will come out of and bring you the latest notes from.

We'll also have a chance to check in with the opposing intel as we check in with a

beat reporter from the team that Penn State will be playing that week.

And we'll bring on Tyler Calveruso, especially for home matchups, to get a sense of the

kind of recruiting opportunity that Penn State will have for all these matchups inside Beaver

Stadium.

And of course, they'll get our predictions each week and a lot of

the storylines and inside notes about Penn State as they get ready for kickoff on a weekly

basis. But here, our focus stays on preseason camp and what we learned coming out of it.
