Greg it most certainly is because the Democrats are finally getting what they

wanted so much so to the point where Nancy Pelosi is actually giving out instructions to Democratic House members today

Not to gloat she actually has to do this for some reason

Axios house Democratic leaders told caucus members not to cheer or applaud when today's

impeachment vote totals are announced.

One Democratic member from a Trump-One district said the instruction is quote don't cheer keep it

solemn which is what you always have to do Jim when you are confident that your

caucus is taking a solemn approach to everything.

So the Democrats in the House are being kept into line,
