Nancy Pelosi essentially derailing what appeared to be a bipartisan consensus,

if not agreement across the board on a

coronavirus relief package cutting checks to the American people support for

businesses expanded unemployment insurance a lot of help for the health care industry, on and on and on.

The Democrats didn't like what they saw as a half trillion dollar slush fund.

Others would call it flexibility to help various businesses but instead of just not

liking the Senate bill Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats rolled out what you

called a Christmas tree of giveaways for special interest Jim this is I'm sure not exhaustive. They

wanted to publish all corporate pay statistics by race and publish race statistics for

all corporate boards. They wanted to bail out the Postal Service,

require early voting,
