Summary

Inspiration for the Nation is the weekly Jewish podcast from Living Lchaim, hosted by Yaakov Langer.

Danielle is a wife, a mother and absolute food lover. She grew up in New York and moved to Jerusalem, Israel 15 years ago and has been trying to get life under control here ever since.

That meant figuring out how to run basic errands, do the food shopping, and cooking in a place that does not translate everything into English (Its as if they don’t realize that New York is the center of the world)! So she did what she does best and started making lists. She made lists of everything (ingredients, cooking terms, conversion charts, supermarkets).

Besides the regular mothering, wife-ing, food blogging and recipe developing, she also does restaurant and menu consulting and gives cooking demos.

In this episode, Yaakov & Gitta sit down with PLC to discuss the proper way to consume media, juggle family life and how Danielle keeps on cooking up awesome content (and food).

So sometimes people reach out with things that I really have no experience in and I'll just right away say

usually empathize with them usually like if they're reaching out to somebody that they really don't know in person and usually it's because even though they know me it's there's is still an anonymity and maybe they're shy or they have nobody to talk to and it's usually coming from a very broken place.

Kita Langer, co-host with me, such a good fit for this episode. She always has been telling me since I first

through her life as a mother, as a daughter, as a Jewish person and she's just so authentic about it.

1:17.0

There's obviously what to talk to her about her Instagram account and all the food that she does.
