Before we get stuck into this week's episode,

we'd like to pay our respects to Vinny Mitchell,

the former professional boxer and brother of fellow

pro Kevin Mitchell passed away on Monday afternoon.

All our thoughts are with Kevin and the rest of the Mitchell family.

Well this week we're on the road again and we're at the peacock gym in East London and this is

always a gym I particularly enjoy coming down to because it just has such a great positive energy about it, a great atmosphere

about it and for me just sums up the whole ethos of boxing what the sport really is all about.

As you walk in here, one of the first things you see is a statue of Bradley Stone.

Now, Fight Fans will know the story of Bradley Stone,

and it's just a reminder when you come into the gym that boxing is a

sport that has to be taken seriously it's just a reminder for you to pay attention

I think and to make sure you behave in the right way

and that's what the peacock is is all about it's about respect for the sport

it's about respect for your fellow practitioners because everybody here rubs alongside each other.
