We're going to experience a breathing technique in today's meditation, and we continue with

0:12.8

our theme of peace meditation.

0:15.2

So every single day this week, we're exploring a peace, rather a peace technique, so you're

0:24.0

going to have all kinds of techniques you can do to help you cultivate peace, and I want

0:30.7

to let you know that I happen to be sitting in my car, as many of you know that I do on

0:38.6

occasion as I meditate, it's gotten better.

0:41.0

Now I mostly do my meditations in the morning now.

0:44.9

I have a more consistent schedule as my children are older, in fact, one has already gone

0:50.6

away to college, but our youngest son is in, he's on a soccer team at his school, and

us, and I'm not missing watching him plane, as I sit here in the parking lot during this

1:11.4

game, because he actually broke his toe a few weeks ago, so he's been out for most

of the season, but he still comes to cheer his team on, so he's sitting in the audience

1:23.2

or rather sitting with his team, watching them play as his toe heels, and I came out

1:29.2

here to record this meditation, and I just did a 20 minute meditation, it was fantastic

1:35.8

in the car, and as I was doing the meditation, I was experimenting with different peace

1:42.8

breathing techniques for you, and I was very excited to come up with a technique that

1:51.1

just felt right, now somebody may have come up with this technique besides me, but if they

1:58.4

have, I think it's very appropriate for today's peace meditation theme, because when you're

2:08.0

experiencing peace, you feel open and expansive, you just want peace to saturate your entire

2:16.8

being, and so you want it to linger with you, you want to keep taking it in, and so as I did
