and let's just jump into it.

The first thing we're going to talk about today

is about San Francisco.

San Francisco is said to be the first city in the United States

to ban e-cigarettes.

Yesterday the city's board of supervisors voted in favor of an ordinance that bans the sale

and distribution of the product in the city unless it has been pre-market reviewed and approved

by the FDA.

But as it turns out, none have have been and so that's why it is

effectively banning all e-cigarettes as well as banning online orders of the

product being shipped to an address in San Francisco. And as of right now

this is not a law but the legislation is heading to Mayor London Breed who is expected to sign it with

Breed saying in a statement yesterday there is so much we don't know about the

health impacts of these products but we do know that e-cigarette companies are

targeting our kids in their advertising and getting them

hoped on addictive nicotine products. We need to take action to protect the health of

San Francisco's youth and prevent the next generation of San Franciscans from

becoming addicted to these products. Right, so at this moment you might have a question mark in that brain of yours.
