0:32.3	And Jesse, if you don't know, former Empire actor, he made headlines back in January when he said two masked men looped a noose
0:38.2	around his neck, poured bleach on him, and yelled homophobic and racist slurs. But after an investigation,
0:43.3	Chicago police determined that the attack was staged by Jesse, who was then indicted on 16 felony
0:47.6	counts of filing a false report. Now, Smollett has maintained his innocence. Prosecutors also
0:51.5	eventually dropped the charges against him back in March. This, though, notably after he agreed to complete community service and forfeit the $10,000
