Intelligence is reporting that Russia may have secretly supplied North Korea with nuclear reactor

modules for submarines. Now, if confirmed, it would mark a

major escalation in Moscow's ties with Pyongyang. I'll have those details. Later in the show,

off today with a troubling report out of Seoul, South Korea. South Korea's military says it has

intelligence suggesting that Russia may have supplied North Korea with nuclear reactor modules

for use in nuclear-powered submarines. Now, that's in the exchange for supporting

Russia's efforts in Ukraine. If that turns out to be true, well, it's not just another
