It's called Jaby the Elf.

It has a swastika on it made of syringes.

And if you open Jaby the Elf,

it's not something I'm necessarily going to put on my Christmas tree,

but it is rather aposite for what we are going to discuss right now.

We have actually made out of China.

It's nicely done.

And the resemblance is quite shocking.
