is one for a man who's going to have his eye on

the prize of being champion trainer, Dan Skelton.

We're going to talk about Bossman Jack.

There's a whole host of exciting novice Edlers in Dan's yard this season. He's a bit inundated in that division. But I've gone for Bossman Jack. He created a really good impression when he won on his sole start at Winkhampton in January riddenden patiently out the back. And if you go back and watch the video and see how much ground he actually made up from turning into hitting the front, it was pretty impressive indeed. And he's got a pedigree that regular listeners or readers of my work will know that I'm probably a fan of him being a half brother's a Gidley who's horse, I spoke about fondly since his bumper days.

Looks of a similar ilk in terms of physique.

I was slightly surprised that we didn't see him again afterwards. He was actually qualified for the valuable goths bumper at Newbury, which Skelton actually won anyway, would catastrophic be another one for the list of Norrisherdlers. but as when I was putting the book together, Harry actually said that he met with a slight setback boss man Jack afterwards so he wasn't risked again but no issue with him now and he's back in and ready to go over hurdles I say given that pedigree I think he'd expect them start over two miles but probably get two and a half in time very early days for that form yet the nickels horse ran once and was well beaten but the third horse for the signy yard under Gavin Sheen, he's come out and run again and won subsequently. Yeah, you want a small race. Marker, I think it was, and the horse who finished. There's a mare who finished in sixth, trained by Dr. Newland and Jamie in Seoul. She came out to Celestrian Star. She'd beaten her fairway. She won twice in

bumpers at Hereford and Hexham and won't join her in a maiden hurdle. So albeit she's only

rated the 112 after a couple of runs over hurdles. But it does give a bit of context to the form.
