You know, I was thinking about something, and I've talked to a couple of my guests about this topic this week.

Defense is back in vogue in the NFL.

In a passing offensive league, we've got some dominant defensive teams that are really leading the way.

Teams like Denver, Philadelphia, obviously coming into it.

The Rams and Seahawks both are

dominant defensively. The Chargers are good defensively. Houston is unbelievable defensively,

which has kept them in the mix. What do you make of that? New England, by the way, the number one

rush defense in the NFL.

Yeah, you know, it's a little throwback right now. Also, many of the teams that you just mentioned have the combination of a good running attack.

I mean, we really are in something of a throwback right now where, you know, these teams that can play great defense and run the ball, shocking, are, are doing well for themselves. And, you know,

if we've talked about New England a few times, as great as Drake May has been, it's their run defense.

That is a, as big a reason for them being nine and two as Drake May as individually. That's a,

you know, that's, I think a really underserved story so far has been, has been some of the, some of the running game attacks and the great run defenses that we've seen. You mentioned Denver, Denver sitting at nine and two. I don't know if they can win a Super Bowl to their offense, but I know their defense is going to make them an extremely tough out as they're heading towards a possible one seed in the AFC West.

You know, this kind of started, look, Kansas City two years ago won the Super Bowl really

led by their defense.

Philly obviously was led by their defense, even though Jalen Hertz seems to in every

big game play really well.
