Now here's a highlight from Coast to Coast AM on IHeart Radio.

So besides, you know, the big controversial part of it,

you just mentioned that there was new footage of the actual event.

Is that what you said?

Yes, yes, I did.

The film, the documentary, which debuted at South by Southwest on March 12, 2026 is called Capturing Bigfoot.

And this documentary is about exposing the Patterson Gimbled film as a hoax because of this latest film that was found.

And so it's a 40 it's a 40 second uh old 12 millimeter uh codec uh film reel that was found uh in a safe uh and the name of the person that held onto this for so long, his name was Norm Johnston.

And apparently he had done some stuff with Roger Patterson and Bob Giblin back around 1967.

And so he, for some reason, held on to this footage and put it in his safe and then he passed away

and his daughter was the one that found this real her name is Teresa Brooks and didn't know what it was. And so she, she is herself a,

a student or a teacher at this film college and knew somebody, a friend of her as a colleague named Mark Evans,

who teaches the filmmaking at Olympic College in Washington State.

And so he took it and digitized it, looked at what was on the reel and didn't quite understand what was going

on. He saw, he saw, you know, four, five different men in this reel. And then also somebody that

looked like they were dressed in a gorilla or ape suit. And so he started uh you know his uh quest then to to find out more

what was what this real was all about another gorilla suit thing uh yes that's what it sounds like to a lot of people.

I mean, we all know, you know, the 1967 footage of Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin

going down to Buff Creek in October of 1967 come along right up on a female Bigfoot that is walking in the Bluff Creek area.

And they capture, you know, right around a minute of footage and very shaky, grainy.
