Where he alludes to the fact, well, first of all, Kraft made that comment last week in his conference call about how we haven't drafted very well the last couple of years, but I've seen a different approach this off season. So what does he mean by different approach? and Bert says that his sense is that right now that is translated inside the building

in a more collaborative Belichick who's listening not just to his top guys, Dave Ziegler

and Elliott Wolf, but also those rising through the organization like National Scout

Mac Grow.

So to say there's a more collaborative Belichick, if you just translate that, that means

that he's actually deferring or listening to other people and ultimately will when the

draft cards have to be submitted, which means it's not just him as a, you know, as a committee

of one just at the very last dictating who gets drafted.

So that means by definition, he's lost some control.
