So back to that call, what this would ultimately mean for Bill Belichick's legacy, if they're to have a bad season this year with the Patriots, and they're phasing in this new offense, this Kyle Shanahan-esque offense with these two dopes running it, Matt Patricia and Joe Judge. And I'll continue to call them that until further notice if I get proven wrong and we all get proven wrong.

Because I think collectively, like we as a whole, normal thinking people, rational people think this is going to be a disaster, right? Yeah, okay. Yeah, I mean, look, I said this off the top. They've even lost Reese, it sounds like. Yeah, right. That's saying something. That's a bad sign. So yes, yes, all rational people, everybody who's not blind to Bill Belichick, yes, agree.

This is a disaster right now. But so what would it mean? If they have a bad season, look, I don't think he's going to be fired. I really don't, but I think he would be entering 2023 on a, at the very least, a real warm seat. They would have to be, you know, massive improvement.

But here's the thing, and Mads brought this up yesterday.

So to be fair, this is the show that, of course, you'd come to to be fair, right?

percentage was 66.1, 28 TDs to 14 picks. And I vaguely remember this. There was times it's

like, this isn't working. Were you still there? No, I was here at this point, but it was,

you know, it took a year for this whole thing to marinate and for Matt Ryan to get it. The

following year, he wins the MVP, 38 touchdowns, seven picks, that offense is clicking.

Collectively, we had never seen Matt Ryan look like that before.

And the team owes wins the Super Bowl, 283, we know what happens.
