The Massachusetts State Police tell us Patriots cornerback Jack Jones was arrested after two firearms were found in his carry-on.

He now faces a slew of charges, including carrying a loaded firearm.

His bail has been set at $50,000.

county, Bristol County, anybody who gets caught with a firearm, there's a 90-day dangerousness

hearing, meaning you're spending 90 days in jail to determine if you're a threat to the community.

No, it, the way it generally works is that's a, as far as I know, that is a prosecutorial discretion,

whether to ask for a dangerousness hearing or not.

The judge would have to grant the dangerousness hearing.

Usually it happens within about a week.

And you would have to be found to be a danger to others in order to be held beyond that.

So I somehow I doubt that a Patriots player who his criminal history is robbing a Panda Express

is going to be found to be a danger to society without actually having fired the weapon.
