has sent out a lot of training tapes and sent the message loud and clear

that they want quarterbacks to get out of bounds, not try to continue to run north and south. If they

continue to run north and south, they can be legally contacted. Yeah, I like what the league did.

The quarterbacks have to accept some of the responsibility of trying to protect themselves.

And otherwise it puts the defenders in a really
