Hey guys, it's Jerry and Tracy and I need your help.

For the last three years, Hillbilly Horror Stories has been able to help out a family during

the holidays.

Now, Tracy and I do as much as we can and in the last two years, we allow listeners to

help if they wanted to.

This year though, we need as much help as we can get.

There's a family in Claremont, Kentucky, which is right outside of Bardstown, that is

really in a bad spot.

Tara is a 37-year-old mother of two boys, 14 and 9 years old.

Tara is also in her final stages of liver failure.

She's been on dialysis and a transplant list for years, but she can't work and is on a fixed

income.

While a few years back, she lost her father and her mother had to move in with her.

Her mother has multiple illnesses as well.

A few days ago though, the family was really dealt a heart blow.

The family home caught on fire and has major structural damage.

She had no insurance.

They're currently in a hotel for two weeks that the government actually helped set them

up with, but after that two weeks, they've got nowhere else to go.

The house is going to be condemned if they can't get the structural problems fixed.

They have a contractor willing to volunteer the labor, but they still need to lumber

in the rest of the supplies to complete the job.
