When you think of the Lord's Supper, what's it mean?

I was a Christian about six or seven years and I took it and I was sincere, but then I

had to write a Greek paper on the passage that we're studying.

And the lights came on and for the first time ever, I really understood what the Lord's

Supper was about.

It changed how I practiced the Lord's Supper and it changed how I taught it.
