So we're going to talk about Shannon's book, Journey of an Internal Soul, My Journey Through Past Lives and Spiritual Awakening.

LaDonna, could you tell us what was your role in this? I was the practitioner

with assisted him to open to himself and to understand deeper what we actually are and why we're

here. What process did you use for this? I actually have the knowledge of Dolores Cannon, and she used QHHT.

She passed in 2014, and I ended up going and joining a conference, I believe, was their first conference of practitioners in Sarasota, Florida.

And things just begin to escalate where you have to allow to trust when things are

nudging you and instructing you to follow through.

And she was teaching me what I needed to know and what I was doing and why I was doing

this work.

And in doing so, she, after her passing, she says that she saw things differently than when

she was actually here and that her system was a system to jump as a diving board to jump further

and to expand constantly in motion because that's what

we all do.
