My Lord and my God, I firmly believe that you are here, that you see me, that you hear me.

I adore you with profound reverence.

Our Lord, according to the gospel, grows in age and wisdom, or grace before God and men.

Throughout his hidden life, which is a, really a, um, say a canonization of our own lifestyle in the sense that

everything that we do, he has done and he has gone through himself.

He has worked, he has just done ordinary things, and that's why they're not written in

the gospel.

It's kind of this hidden gospel which is presupposed, and that's why all sorts of hours

can be spent, according to the same as Maria.

He said, I can spend hours and hours meditating on what is not written in the gospel

about the ordinary life of Jesus for 30-some years that are just hidden away, because most the bulk of our,

the matter of our sanctification comes from that. And every now and then there is an extraordinary feast, and

that's in fact what he chose, what our Lord chose, to transition from his hidden life to his

public life. And the first miracle that he performed is, after baptism I suppose which really marked the beginning of his public ministry

is the wedding at Cana and the wine that he the water that he converted into wine and that's what we want to pray

about today in this life of Mary that

we're following. And on the third day a marriage took place at Cana of Galilee and the

mother of Jesus was there. Now Jesus too was invited to the marriage and also his disciples.

And the wine having run short, the mother of Jesus said to him, they have no wine. And Jesus said to her,

what would you have me do, woman? My hour has not yet come.
