I hope someone tells him that baptism is a symbol and a public statement of

something that has already taken place in the heart and life of a person when

they first come to faith in Jesus Christ. It does not

regenerate save us. Very interesting. In other words, you have to find the man, you have to find the faith before you get baptized.

It's almost like a formality.
