a budget that increases our taxes to pay for the policy that we have.

So there's a lot of, and it's not just the Freedom Caucus, it's all of them.

I believe they're all controlled opposition.

I actually think they work together just to keep us seated and divided, so we're not really

paying attention to what they're doing, but that's a completely separate conversation.

The other thing that's interesting about the EFTF is they said,

oh, the money is going to follow the child, except for the SCDE, the South Carolina Department

of Education, still gets the cut of this fund each year. And so for me, I call this a vendor

bill because there are so many people making money on this before the money even gets to the kids.

So one of the things is, first of all, the cost per student goes up, has a base on a growth of 6.5%

each year in state 8.

So as the cost per pupil in the SCDE run schools increases, according to Senator Hembray,

faster than the rate of inflation each year, the EFTF will increase at the same rate as

those are growing up. It also says that class wallet doesn't specifically list class

wallet, but class wallet is their vendor.

That's the blockchain, because the money doesn't go directly from the state to the hands of the

parent.

It actually goes through a vendor service, and you have to find a class wallet, which is the

blockchain, which is tying in all your information to the global data collection base.

They were only making $90 prior to this passing per pupil, but it went up to a

reason they decided that they needed a 50% increase from this one year.

So anyway, long story short, class wallet here will make $1,350,000.
