It's a scam. There's so many different foreclosure scams though from all the way from the banks to unscrupulous agencies to unscrupulous attorneys who steal money from people who are downtrodden.

I mean this is nothing new, but it's not a lot of money.

It's 5,000, 10,000, $10,000, etc.

In that range and it can be upwards of that, but here's the deal.

This is tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars potentially.

Why aren't you going after these guys?

This is what's going on. So you know folks, it's one big club and you and I ain't in it.

But those are some of the things that pop into my head. I hope that helps explain it now. It could be much worse. I don't know because we don't have the documents.

We don't know what's going on, we don't know how much other credit was extended. We don't know if they did this through different companies. We don't know if they did this through different companies we don't know if they did

it through different trusts we don't know if they did this for years or working on

some of that stuff but it's stunning to me that you won't hear about this in the news

media. It's crazy. Not allowed to tell you. She's protected.

Just another scumbag, it's all it is to it.

Now, Now when it goes to foreclosure and it sells at auction and the bank gets its original loan amount back, okay? Or close to it, they usually wipe it, and worry about it. So we don't know if they took, if the Randa was took money or they took equity out or whatever happened

that might be something they're trying to keep under wraps

they that the home did go to auction and it did sell for close to it. I think it was $50,000 under what they paid.

And the loan was forgiven, which is interesting in itself.
