this whole concept of risk. Okay, where are people's risks? And for it, you know, ordinary guys trying to make a living and make it ends me,

you know, the presumption that our public officials and our regulators are going to perform and protect the public

interest is in, I guess I should say in my opinion but I think what we're laying out here it's really not opinion

it's fact-based that is the greatest risk of all and so so I just want to stop here for a second because for people to appreciate what we presented in our whistleblower submission in August of 2017.

And then what we followed up in terms of our continued effort in sharing those efforts

with federal officials both within the Bureau and

within justice, okay, going on through 2018 and then into 2019, okay? All laid out these whiteboards, demonstrated whiteboards.

Here's the playbook, okay?

With almost every major crisis in this country, very regrettably, there have been indications

that, you know what, that people on the inside were made aware of what might either was going on or could

have easily projected what was going on. We laid this out for them.

All they needed to do was take one step forward and go into the Gates Foundation.

Go into the Global Fund. go up to Harvard University, okay?

Go into some of these pharmaceutical companies, okay, and say, what is it that you guys are working on because we have indications of

malfeasance and you know what guaranteed somebody would have talked somebody

always talked somebody always always talk. Somebody always talks always.

And you know what? Somebody's always, somebody's always got the download folks.

Somebody's always, they put that thumb drive in there and they go I'm not going down for these

people that's right not only do all the cases get made that way we've heard it

within this case I'm not going down for these people. So the

bottom line is the evidence exists. It's playing out as scripted and delivered to the court years ago.
