The latest one was in Connecticut, shutdown I-95. At least they had an excuse in Connecticut. I don't know what the fuck was going on in

Baltimore well there's just too many people that's the problem too many people

trying to get to different places and there's not enough infrastructure.

Because Maryland, one of the reasons is because they have these

fucking photo ticket schemes set up and everybody crawls set up and everybody crawls.

And there's no construction in work zones

and they're double, triple charging people for tickets.

You get one in the mail, you're like, what?
