When we're talking about like, you know, intel analysts and things like this, they speak in terms

of confidence, high degree of confidence, medium degree of confidence, low degree of confidence,

virtual certainties, et cetera. So yeah, they're making, they're making analytical statements about

things. There is a real possibility that there is some Intel report out there that says we assess

with a, you know, medium to high level of confidence that Russia is not actually prepared to do the

things they're saying, and therefore we can push them up into a certain point. That's a real thing. And people,

people get those things and they get those all the time.

Yeah, absolutely.

It's the same,

it's the same people that said they assess with a high degree of confidence

that the United States was going to experience terrorist attacks at election centers.

Who put those out?

A lot,

there's two different things that happen when you want to put those things out. One is you're trying to get an outcome. And the other is because

you just don't know anything and you have no ground intelligence and you're just, you're just

pontificating off what lives in your own head. You're essentially high on your own fumes.

And so, yeah, I don't disagree with you that there's not a possibility of that. It just seems

that there must be somebody, you have to believe that there's, I have to believe, that there's somebody who's not a complete and utter dunce that doesn't look and go,

if you keep throwing rocks at the sleeping grizzly bear that's outside of your tent,

eventually it's going to get up and get pissed. Does that not seem reasonable to you? And Europe
