But if we don't have enough people, there's nothing that can be done to alter the course.

All you can do is do stuff for yourself and maybe some people around you.

Yeah. And I pushed that a lot in that I get,

I go through phases where, you know, something will be happening.

I just get depressed.

I mean, and, you know, I try to keep my show pretty real like you do it's the same

kind of thing it's it's about being real and not just getting on there and and

just having some scripty thing and sometimes I'm pretty depressed at

what I see going on and as a practical matter do I have much hope that we're actually going to turn it around? No.

Could we? Theoretically, yes, we could. And if people would just

understand something as simple as jury nullification,

that is a super powerful tool.

It's why I'm doing that whole series on Spooner's trial by jury,

because if people understood that, we wouldn't need that many people to understand jury nullification

in order to put a tremendous amount of breaks on the system because you all you need is one person on that panel who gets on you get a hung jury.

And so that's, you're talking about 8%.

If you could just get a kind of 8% of the people to catch on.

Well, 8% is kind of doable. I mean these these old figures people

get they say all the time I get it on Twitter God all the time we only need 3% blah blah

blah that's if you have a good portion of that 3% of people who are wealthy and connected
