Hey, this is Brian. Welcome to the aggressive life. Today we're going to get a little aggressive,

or at least uncomfortable. At least I am going to be uncomfortable. I just listen to this

recording through and I find myself getting very uncomfortable. Whenever I do a podcast,

I want to talk to you like we're talking on my back deck. I think flowery phrases and just sort of

syrupy surface stuff doesn't help anybody. So as we talk about sex today, my heart was to talk

about it the way normal people might talk about it if they knew each other really well on a back deck.

And as I listened to this I thought

I had a little cringe going left and right if you have some cringing I understand that I get it

but I've chosen to leave this in because we've got to talk about some of the real stuff and there's

a conversation about sex that very few of us are willing to have or even know how to have

it. And my guest today, Ms. Schmidt is going to lead us in that discussion. So, please give me a

little grace as I sometimes make a little bit of light of the situation, try to have a little bit of

humor, try to interject,

trying to alleviate maybe some tension. Some of us might feel, and just having a good time

through and through. So, hey, if you're going to be a little squeamish, I get it. This might not

be the episode for you, but with the rest of us, welcome to the aggressive life.
