What's going on, folks?

On a Wednesday, another great episode of Pain Across America,

as our guest today has nicknamed our recent series

where we're darting around, checking around,

talking to people, trekking around, and checking around, talking to a real-life American, so to speak.

And we don't need to listen to no stinking state of the union address.

We've been doing state of the union here for years.

With our ear to the ground on Main Street, we don't need a bunch of millionaires and billionaires sitting around in Washington, D.C., telling us what the state of the union is.

We know goddamn well what the state of the union is, thank you very much.

What do you think of that?

Somebody said to me today, are you watching that state of the union address?

I said, no, I'm praying for a flying saucer with aliens who eat pedophiles, is what I'm really doing.

And apparently it didn't happen.

So it's pretty harder next time.

Of course, the real state of the union is very simple.
