is Mark Ricorian, executive director of the center. And this week,

we're going to be talking about something I like to refer to as the next frontier in illegal

immigration, and that is people entering on visas. This isn't specifically about the issue of visa

overstays, which is the way it's ordinarily thought of.

In other words, not people jumping the border, but people coming in legally and then not leaving.

But it's really broader than that, and that is the whole visa system has real problems.
