Welcome to parsing immigration policy, the podcast of the Center for Immigration Studies. My name is Mark

Kirkorian, executive director of the center. This time we're going to be

getting an update and talking about a new lawsuit that the center is involved in based on the

National Environmental Policy Act, NEPA, which is an important tool in trying to prevent the kind of lawless opening of the border

that we saw under the Biden administration. And the center won the first ever case based on

NEPA against immigration actions. This is something that we're going to get

an update on from our director of litigation, Julie Axelrod, but also on a new lawsuit we filed and

sort of what is the context of NEPA and immigration. And in fact, there's been a development in that regard we're going to

talk about that the center is not involved in an unfortunate development. So, Julie, thanks for
