But first, Paranise, the time trial, it was Helia, and the hills were steeper than people thought,

from Donorant to Maulou-Saul. It's 13k, 200m elevation. There's two main climbs. The last

climb is 800m, 7% to the finish line, which was quite steep. You needed to conserve energy

for that part of this course. And as a reminder, today, the Tour of Autopia starts.
