In order for you not to get sucked into your phone, you have to have a plan of what you want to do. When you're on it. Or what you're doing instead of being on your phone. So if you have studying and five things you want to do, I'm going on my phone and then I'm getting, you have a plan for off your phone. So you don't just get sucked back into your phone because it's something to do. So a lot of kids are just like, they just do it. Yeah. Drop it like a pack. Drop like a tie. Drop it like a pack. Natalie, what do I do? I hope it's giddy, giddy. It's a Monday. It's a Monday. And this is where we discuss. Do you know what a Monday is? Our parenting conundrums,

because let's face it, it is every day there's something new. Every day. You cannot prepare.

And that's not even the parenting side. Like that's not even like the parent, like that's just like one part of like, like then there's the online world and then there's the school world and then there's the dating world.

That's not even like teaching them how to be like good people.

That's not even the driving world.

Like you think of how many things we have.

You know, sometimes you have this moment where everything feels calm.

Yeah.

But as a parent, it's sort of like the weather, right?

Like, nothing is consistent.

You might have moments, but things are going to change.

But you kind of just have to be like, as a parent,

you just need to be buckled up and ready for it.

And also, but don't like, like,

you can't let anything be too big, because if you make it too big, it'll become really big to them.

And at the end of the day, it's all just little life lessons and things that you've got to get through anyways.

So I had an epiphany this weekend or whenever, recently had an epiphany.

I, two things.

I encouraged and then I, I monetarily incentivized my daughter.
