So, a huge part of my life is trying to figure out how to be a better parent to these two

kids I've brought into the world.

And I had been hearing a lot about a guy named Ken Ginsburg.

He's on the Today Show and Good Morning America, CBS Morning.

He's also been on CNN and NPR.

And he had this quote that spoke to me, which is, as we raise children, our goal has to

I have a few friends who are therapists and one of them said, I was asking about all

And she said, a day off, I wish I could do therapy with their parents.
