0:29.7	type 4 that it has made me laughing so hard like out loud to myself when I'm reading it. It's
0:37.2	just so precious and endearing and reminds me so much of my darling husband. My thorn is we had a
0:44.7	short week with our kiddo this week and today is his last day at our house and y'all I'm feeling
0:49.6	some kind of way about it. I am not ready for him to go. And my bud is this afternoon. I'm going to
0:55.6	be recording a podcast with Tori from her first 100k and I am so excited. I just love her. We
1:02.2	didn't Instagram live a while ago. She's been on the podcast or the live was played on the podcast.
1:07.9	And I just think she's so smart and so fun and I can't wait to be on her podcast. Okay, if you

1:49.0	motivated by escaping pain, being satisfied, they fear being trapped in emotional pain and the
1:55.6	message that they have received is that the world is limiting and painful. So you need to protect
2:01.3	yourself by seeking pleasure, prioritizing joy and avoiding negativity. So as always here,
