Today on the podcast, ghosts, demons, and the possibility that all of this really is just

happening in Ed Sheeran's dream.

Welcome to a very creepy, special Halloween edition of a religious podcast.

There's this famous hotel in Colorado that inspired Stephen King's the shining that

is reportedly very haunted.

Lisa and I and a couple of friends once visited the Stanley Hotel to take the ghost tour.

I didn't believe in ghosts, but I thought it would still be fun.

I had never been on a ghost tour, I didn't quite know what to expect other than some sort

of dramatic, false stories about ghosts and just thought I'd enjoy the ride.

So we got there and we're introduced to our tour guide, who is just one of the members

of the staff there at the hotel.

And she would tell us about these ghost stories that people reported and that her and the

rest of the staff reportedly would see.

Not just at some point, but quite regularly.

She said that on these tours, it was quite regular for people to see ghosts.

So she just kind of took us around and told us these stories and you know, would walk

into a certain room.

She'd say over up there in that corner, there's often this certain kind of ghost that is

seen there.

And so everybody's looking and I'm kind of checkling.

But also looking, of course, as a Anya Graham 5, I have to coolly observe and gather data.
