Straight into our first story though.

India has attacked Pakistan overnight, launching a barrage of missiles into Pakistan's Punjab region,

as well as Pakistan administered Kashmir.

This is the moment one of those missiles struck Pakistan-controlled territory.

Called Operation Sindor, the Indian attack struck nine sites across the region.

Missiles hit locations inside Pakistan along India's border, as well as along the line of control

in Kashmir.

And now that's the border that separates the part of Kashmir administered by India from the

part controlled by Pakistan.

According to Pakistani officials, civilian sites were targeted in the attack.

That's a claim India denies.

One mosque in Bahawalpur, Pakistan was destroyed in the barrage with India claiming it belonged to the founder of an Islamist group.

A second mosque was also destroyed in which two three-year-old girls are reported to have been killed.
