forward operating Bay Zad, Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

The date tells the story December 22, 2012,

a photograph of some Marines resting others returned from duty

with Mary Christmas in the foreground.

He keeps the long word journal with his colleagues

The Marines, their families, and all of the men and women

who served in Afghanistan for decades, two decades.
