No, that's what we are. Speaking of the city, I was a couple minutes late. I

apologize. Okay. I want to institute the out of state drivers permit for people that come into the city from a different state.

For example, you're not, you don't have a New York State driver's license.

You're from New Jersey.

You decide you want to take a ride over the George Washington Bridge, pop into Manhattan,

and start to fuck everything up.

Just start to drive slow, not know how to turn and all I'm asking sure it could be a

workers permit maybe like a visa right if you come into the city all you got to do is

apply I don't want you willy-nilly pop If you come into the city, all you got to do is apply.

I don't want you willy-nilly popping into the city, ruining things because they're very slow drivers,

they're very bad drivers, occasionally get somebody from Maryland.

I don't know if you guys have this in California because it's a long drive from anywhere else to California.
