Sean Diddy Combs was denied bail today for the very serious charges that he's accused of.

The charges are serious, but there's no reason why he should have been denied bail.

He's presumed innocent.

All we have so far is an accusation and there's just no reason why he

should remain in prison. He's not a continuing danger to anybody. Everybody knows who

he is and he could be required to stay home and wear electronic monitoring and he's not going to fly away and go to a country that would harbor him.

I don't know what country would harbor him, but this is clearly punishment

before the trial and it's done routinely unfortunately to wealthy people and to poor people,

but it's wrong. It's wrong whoever it's done to

There are so many people today in in in jail and detention

not for things that the government has proved beyond reasonable doubt they did,

but for things the government believes they did and believes they'll do a gun.
