When I got to church, there was a point where I got called on to pray.

I just cried in front of everybody.

The one thing that I was praying was just, Lord, I believe fully that this is going to change.

But when?

I just cried out to the Lord.

I was like, how much longer is it going to be?

God's story has been unfolding.

Since the beginning of time.

He invites you to be a part of it.

Praying for healing, boy, sometimes it can feel so risky or so intimidating that we'll just fall back to a

simple, Lord, let your will be done. Maybe you've prayed for healing, genuinely believed it would

happen, but then it didn't. Or maybe you've seen the miraculous in one instance, only to find

disappointment in another. When Carson Sellers was young, his family's faith seemed

superficial. But then Carson was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, a chronic condition that

kept him in intense pain and limited his life to being stuck at home or long stays in the hospital.

And that lasted for years. Healing had never really been something

he had believed in. But first, Carson's mom and then Carson, and then others around him began to

believe that God was going to heal him. I guess it really started from birth for me, because I did

grow up in a Christian home. But I would say that I grew up knowing a surfacey level about who the Lord was.
