going to be and my answer always felt like yeah this is how it's going to be. And so get used to it.

Hi, this is Meredith Foster. Have you ever felt completely hopeless?

Even when things look bleak, you can often find a

glimmer of hope. But there are some experiences where hope is hard to find. If you have long

since given up in a situation, this story is for you. Christina Delle's world slowly shrank as she

lived with a fear of fear. Panic disorder, anxiety, and agoraphobia led to imposing

restrictions on anything that might trigger an attack. Christine and her husband Les lived in a world

defined by limitations, limitations that provided an illusion of safety. For more than two decades,

she never traveled more than 15 miles from home.

They learned to function, but never to be free from the fear that ruled their family. It seemed

obvious this was not God's will for Christine's life, but change, healing, hope, it all felt

impossible. I have gone to church my entire life. We lived in a small town

and I had a great aunt that gave me my first Bible when I was a little girl at a tiny Methodist

church. Always considered myself a Christian, although I officially became a follower of Jesus

when I was in middle school. Jesus when I was in middle school.
