On duty at the Yoga Wars. This story is not believable, except there it is in the Wall Street Journal. Some weeks ago, Jeff brings to my attention

that there are authorities in San Diego, the Parks Department, who are stopping their huge SUVs and these large people

with big shoulders all dressed up for a combat in Iraq, wandering across this beautiful beach very early in the morning and giving

tickets to people doing yoga, not only people doing yoga, teachers who are leading people doing yoga on the San Diego

Beachfront. I thought what does this mean? Jeff a very good evening to you. That was

then. This is now. The Wall Street Journal has discovered yoga wars.

What is the explanation now? A couple of weeks ago it was,

surely they've made a mistake.

This is the yoga capital of America.

However, weeks later, it now continues to be not wise

to do yoga on the beachfront. Why?

This is a, you know, you've got a lot of different folks that are involved in this right now.

Of course you have the yoga enthusiasts and the teachers.

The teachers want to make money.

The enthusiasts want to enjoy these beautiful locations where they're practicing,

they're stretching and breathing and all that that goes with yoga.

And then you have people who live in the area who are very, not in my backyard, the NIMB types.

And then you have people who are the Rangers and such who want to make sure things get permitted.

So you have a lot of different people fighting over this.

But in a city that's dealing with a bad homeless problem with tons of new illegal immigrants coming
